There is a risk of injury. You may experience some pain or discomfort in learning and practicing certain techniques.SCHEDULEClasses begin Mar. 16, 2026 and End on May 7, 2026. Classes will be held in the evenings Mon-Th from 6pm to10pm. There are no refunds on enrollment fees for missed classes.LATE ARRIVALS: You must be on time to your scheduled classes and fulfill all time requirements.
